This podcast is over 40 minutes long and covers how we ran the team at Kearsley for the girls side, how to determine who makes what team and who gets to bowl where. This system takes all the decision making out of the coaches hands and puts it on the team. Not saying this is the way things should be ran, it is just the way we ran things at Kearsley and we were very successful in doing this.
